The study examines resale royalty rights as a mechanism for supporting the visual arts sector in Malaysia, where artists currently receive no compensation from secondary market sales. Through qualitative analysis of academic and policy documents, the research explores how creative communication can help stakeholders understand and accept artists' economic rights.
